What is The Thirty Day Challenge? In a nutshell… The Thirty Day Challenge is about making your first $1 online. For a full 30 days we are going to be showing you exactly how to start your own Internet business and generate your first income online without spending a dime. That’s right, this is going to cost zip, diddly, nothing, nada, ziltch. The entire training program is free, and you won’t have to spend a thing to get your business started and begin making money. No credit card required.

I got introduced to the Thirty Day Challenge back in 2007 by my co-worker Karen’s husband, Ryan Preston. At that point in my life, I had decided that I wanted more out of life; that I needed to work smarter, not harder. I got into one of those internet speedway programs. What was I thinking, you might ask. “It looked like a good idea at the time”. When Ryan looked at my site, am sure he probably was in a combination of shock and laughter. He asked if he could be honest with me, which am glad he did – I deal well with positive criticism. The most important message of the day that day…join the Thirty Day Challenge.

My experience on there has been nothing but…awesome. Am not going to lie to you and tell you that I completed the challenge in each of the previous years. But each challenge only gets better, the learning experience all the more greater, and this year’s challenge is not going to be an exception.

In college I was a Computer Information Systems major. They didn’t teach us about blogs and web 2.0 and search engine optimization etc. What I’ve been able to learn in 30 days is just…priceless. I think it’s prudent to say that learning never stops. Even if you don’t intend on getting into a business or already have a business, don’t turn down this opportunity until you have had the chance to experience it in person. What do you have to lose? After all, it’s free.

The Thirty Day Challenge usually starts in August (even though August actually has 31 days). In the months of June & July, they have the pre-season. Some people actually find the pre-season exciting because you learn how to configure tools that are going to be of significance to you such as your browser, Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, iTunes etc. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much stuff you thought you knew.

This year, particularly during the month of August, I will be sharing my experiences on the Thirty Day Challenge on here. If there was one thing I could do today that could make a difference in your life, then it would be to extend this invitation to you. I know it is going to be such an amazing journey for me, one that I hope you’ll be able to join me on.
